A 30-minute Sunday night ritual to bring closure to the end of one week and bring awareness and intentionality to the new one.
You can join live to be in community with us or watch the recording at your leisure. The intent is to bring you a peaceful mental state, set a week-long intention, and to gain support in your own self-growth.Yes, Please!
How It Works:
Each Sunday night at 6pm PT, for 30 minutes, I’ll spend about 20 minutes to teach you one aspect of self-growth and then we’ll spend 10 minutes in a relaxing, grounding meditation. This weekly get-together is an enlightening and educational break in the week that provides you with a framework for heightened awareness and helps to align your life to your potential.
